    We have a 100% satisfaction policy. We ask our sellers to sign a listing contract so we may legally market their property for sale. We will work hard to help you sell your home. However, if at any point you are not pleased with our services, you may cancel the contract, no questions asked. Simply write us an email, send a fax, or drop a note in the mail, and we will terminate our contract. Period. We don’t tie anyone to us.

    Why do we do this? Because every week we get phone calls from unhappy sellers who ARE tied into listing contracts with other firms, who are simply “waiting out” the end of their contract, so they can then list with us. I don’t ever want one of our sellers to be “waiting out” our contract, counting the days down till they are free.

    If you’re unhappy, you should be free to switch agents/firms, no hassles. Ask other firms if they’ll make this guarantee.

    We work hard to market and sell your property. We do things other firms do not and I am so confident in our ability to serve you — above and beyond what other firms do — that I offer this to every seller.

    The same goes for our buyers. We will work hard to find you the property of your dreams. In exchange, we ask you to sign a Buyer’s Agency contract with us. We will be loyal to you, and we expect the same in return. If, however, you are not pleased, you can terminate your contract and choose another agent/firm.

    Look, let’s be completely honest here. Not every relationship works out. Working for you as your buyer or seller’s agent we’re going to be working closely together. We’ll be in communication every step of the way, and we have to work well together. It’s almost like marriage, and we all know not all marriages work out.

    So if we don’t “click” or expectations are not met (on either side) it’s okay to walk away. I’d rather have a client choose someone else than count the days down on a calendar, marking time until he can choose another agent. Make sense?
